Hair


Deep condition your hair regularly. Don’t use dry heat to blow-dry your hair. Let it dry naturally or switch to cold air on your hair dryer. Oil your hair regularly too. It will aid in keeping it soft and silky.

Body

Moisturise your body. It keeps it from getting dry. I moisturise a lot. I hate it when my skin becomes dry and flaky and that happens the most in  winter, which is why
I moisturise my skin the most when it's cold.

Face

Because it's winter, we don’t feel thirsty. The biggest mistake we make is forgetting to drink water. But drinking a good amount of water every day is important for your lips and skin. Especially so in winter.

Lips

Use Vaseline regularly. There’s nothing better than that. It's something most of us have been using since we were children and it works on chapped lips like a miracle.


Don’t use just any cleanser, use neutral ph based cleansers. Normal cleansers will make your skin dry.
