unplugged Parineeti chopra

Her is parineeti's interview with mid day she says

"I don't hate anything about the industry but the lack of privacy is somewhat bugging,"

Though the lady is battling a bad throat her tone is as chirpy as her on-screen characters. In a quick interview, the publicist- turned- actor talks work, acting and money. Read on:

Finally! at home
As many know, I never aimed to become an actor. It just happened to me. Now,  I have realised that acting is what keeps me truly happy. Looking back, I don’t think  I was fit for the routine office job. I used to sing in office, make a lot of noise and never thought about anything logically. My colleagues felt that I just didn’t have the sophistication required for the executive level (laughs out aloud).

Greasepaint gossip
As an actor, I am really spontaneous. I do what my director tells me to do. Frankly,  I don’t believe in method acting. Nor do I observe other actors intently or watch too many films. I think doing all of that takes away your originality. I like to use my own brain and instincts. Yes, my education has helped me in the sense that I am very pro homework and disciplined. I prefer doing some research on my character, setting, situation, etc.

Money matters
I am a very laidback person. I love my work, and money is something that’s not on my mind 24x7. Thankfully, I have enough and more to fulfill my present needs. Yes, I am ambitious and want to own a house and a car but there’s no hurry. I firmly believe that money should come over a period of time. It’s fun when people talk about my remuneration though (laughs).

Beyond the camera
Honestly, I am a lazy person. But I am very enthusiastic. I am not at all athletic or aggressive like Zoya of Ishaqzaade. When it comes to clothes, I am most comfortable in ganji, tees and denims. Food and music are two things that interest me.  I love eating pizzas above anything else and enjoy singing. In fact, everyone in my khandaan loves to croon. Priyanka (Priyanka Chopra) is a huge inspiration for me. Like her, I want to carve my own identity with my talent, hard work and professionalism. It will be great to hear that both the Chopra sisters are equally good actors.
